Central defeats Harding

BRIDGEPORT -- Unique Langston scored 20 points and Natasha Brown 16 to lead the Central girls basketball team to a 56-53 FCIAC win over rival Harding Friday.

Lauderly Francois had 14 points, Janasia Perkins 12 and ZsaQueena Edwards 11 for Harding.

Central girls win tournament championship

Natasha Brown scored 19 points to earn MVP honors in leading the host Central girls basketball team to a 50-38 win over Bullard-Havens in the championship game of the Bridgeport Graf Christmas Classic.
